This is the 2nd time o have used Southpaw I requested the same tech Denzel. Just like last time he was early, quick & super efficient & left my bathroom very clean. Denzel is what customer service should be. Highly recommend.

I can not warn folks enough about these people. Their policy to charge hourly would be okay if they came and did the job in an efficient manner. I hired them to change some hose bibs out and move some plumbing inside the home. They started with the hose bibs and it took 45 minutes just for them to get their things out of the truck and watch how to YouTube videos (or so I'm assuming that's what they were doing on their phone during a paid service hour). They also had to run to Home Depot to get tools they didn't have on hand, also a part of the service hour, even though they stopped to get food on the way back. The hours were adding up so I asked them to just change the two bibs that really needed to be changed at this point... I go pick up my kids from school and get back thinking they'd be finishing up, nope, they were working on a bib I told them to not do anymore. Meaning they spent more service hours doing something that didn't need to be done. They finally did finish all 3 bibs and left my home and called me to collect payment. Over $1000! To change 3 hose bibs...the lady who called did not care about my complaints, she was EXTREMELY rude to me, actually had me in tears from the stressful conversation (i was 30 weeks pregnant) .. . I had no choice but to pay. But when I came back to the house the next day there was a massive leak on one of the hose bibs, it was running like a faucet. I called and they were very non chalant about it and they couldn't get anyone back here until three days later. Mind you, they caused this leak. Professional plumbers who cost me a ton of money for a simple task, left my house worse off than when they started! By the time they showed up I'm sure 100s of gallons of water was wasted. Their senior service man fixed the leak by breaking into the concrete on the front of my Home and adding a new bib. No charge or course. But the damage they did is horrendous. They patched it with concrete patch and it turned yellow when it dried. Under the yellow was the brown rust color from the 3 days of well water leaking. It's hideous. I would never recommend this company and I cringe when I see their names on big posters around town. YIKES!

Exceptional company. Outstanding customer service and great installation was the highlight of our experience with Southpaw Plumbing in a complicated project. They were very good selecting the right water heater for our needs. Adam did a great job installing a water heater in limited space. Workmanship is outstanding. Our project required electrical work and inspection. Customer service helped us all the way through the process. Highly recommended.

Southpaw has done work for us on several occasions. We have always been pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. They worked on our bathtub, installed new hot water line, replaced our hot water heater and outside fixtures and came on emergency when the city broke our meter. They have great customer service! 👍👍

Joey was AWESOME, professional, careful and took great pride in his work. He installed 3 faucets and drains. He also installed 8 new shutoff valves perfectly. Great value. Totally honest company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

South Paw Plumbing did a great job replacing my water heating elements at such a fair price! I called them early in the morning and they fit me in the schedule a few hours later. Customer service to technician, they were so courteous and professional.

Mark and Gage were terrific with the water heater install and very clean . 2 thumbs up I will most definitely will be calling them for my future plumbing issues!👍
